Residential Backyard
Cedar Park, TX

Cedar Park backyard turned into the envy of the neighborhood

This family wanted their whole backyard usable in summer — not just the shaded deck. We paired a pergola-mounted 24" misting fan with an 18" fan and a run of additional nozzles, cooling roughly 300 sq ft of patio plus the open lawn where the kids play. The result: a space comfortable enough to host a birthday party in near-100° heat.

Coverage area

Comfortable outside through a near-100° June party
"My backyard is now the envy of the neighborhood. Jonathan designed the perfect setup within my budget — we hosted my son's 3rd birthday in late June and even in near-100° heat, everyone stayed comfortable outside the whole time."

Common questions

Residential Installation FAQs

Will the misting system make my patio wet?

No. A properly designed high-pressure system produces a true ultra-fine mist — water droplets that flash-evaporate before they hit you, your furniture, or the floor. You feel a temperature drop, not moisture.

How much can a residential misting system cool my patio?

In Central Texas conditions, a high-pressure system noticeably cools the surrounding air. Performance is best when humidity is low (typical Texas summer afternoons).

Can you install on an existing pergola or covered patio?

Yes. The vast majority of our residential installs are retrofits on existing patios, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor kitchens.

How long does installation take?

Most residential installs are completed in a single day. Larger or multi-zone systems may take two days.
