Common questions

Maintenance & Tune-Ups FAQs

How often should I service my misting system?

We recommend a full tune-up once a year — typically in spring before peak cooling season. Hard water and dusty environments may warrant a mid-season nozzle check.

Will you service a system you didn't install?

Yes. We service most major commercial-grade brands, regardless of who installed it originally.

Why are my nozzles spraying weakly or dripping?

The most common causes are mineral buildup (clogged nozzles), worn pump seals, or a clogged inline filter. A maintenance visit usually restores full performance.

Can hard water damage my system?

Yes — Central Texas water is famously hard. Mineral deposits will eventually clog nozzles and shorten pump life. We can install softening filters and recommend a descaling schedule.
